In an age of specialization, Sharon Bruneau is far more than the spectacularly honed body that has appeared on magazine covers internationally and hosted fitness shows, events and network specials over a decade.

Though long since retired from fitness competitions (1997), Sharon still loves to work out but no longer in the iron gym. Sharon's passion and athletic background stems from ballet/jazz which has become part of her exercise routine once again doubled up with Pilate's and Wushu.
