Body Weight Exercises

Body Weight Exercises
There are many exercises, many of body weight that can be done at home, in your backyard or in a hotel room. Body weight exercises are just that, are exercises that let you use your own body weight as resistance. You do not need weights or bands and can be performed anywhere.
When people think of body weight exercises to think pushups, crunches, jumping, etc, but is not an exercise in my view that is above all others. This is an exercise that works the whole body. Count 8 is called Culture and is one of the most productive exercises I've done.

This is a total body workout that work your chest, upper back, shoulders, arms, legs, hips and your heart and lungs. It also burns a lot of calories. One of the exercises not only make you stronger and fitter, but also to keep fit for any job you have or any athletic endeavor they compete in.
This exercise is an essential part of fitness programs used by military personnel as Navy Seals and police and fire Recon Marines. They use this exercise as it provides a total body conditioning exercises and help with your cardiovascular fitness.
The builder is counting the 8 basically a combination of a squat thrust and push up with the addition of scissors the legs out the 8 inch counts are: squat, push your legs back to a push up position, the legs of his scissors, scissors again, do a standard push up (counts 5 and 6), return to a squat and then stand up.
The idea is to complete as many of these you can as quickly as possible. This means as little as possible to rest between repetitions. If you are just starting you may want to set a target of 10. This may seem low, but believe me, if you do these non-stop 10 are quite similar.
As you get stronger you can push out his target at 50 and 100 or more. The idea however, is not only to increase the number of beams, but also the speed with which they do. If you can make 100 in 10 minutes and is in excellent condition.
I sometimes do this as my only exercise a day, followed by 20 to 30 minutes on the treadmill. If I feel ambitious and have a little more time I will combine with other practices, such as mountain climbers, push ups, squats and regular shafts.
So if you are looking for an exercise that will make you stronger, improve your fitness level cardiovascular and burn fat and calories to the 8 Count Bodybuilder opportunity.
