True Cardio Workouts to Lose 10 Lbs⚡️

I'm going to give you some workouts to lose 10 pounds, but you will lose a lot more than 10 pounds if you keep doing these exercises. You will actually be burning up to 20 calories a minute and losing up to a percentage of body fat a week.

The trick to doing this is what kind of equipment you use and how you go about using it. The first thing you are going to want to get familiar with is something called a kettlebell. This is a piece of equipment from Russia that is shaped like a cannonball with a handle. Because of its unique design it is ideal for swinging between the legs. In fact, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of KB exercises the swing is the one that's fundamental to them all.
KB exercises are very intense and just swinging the KB will have you winded in nothing flat. My exercises rarely go beyond 15 minutes, and this brings us to the other point of this article which is how to use the equipment to burn fat and lose weight. You will want to start doing high intensity interval training.
An HIIT workout is simply moving from one high intensity exercise to another with minimum rest. I just finished an HIIT workout and in only 10 minutes I am exhausted and drenched in sweat.
Here is an example of what I did in my own home without going to the gym.

5 pull ups, 6 chair dips with a back pack full of sand, 6 kettlebell pushups with a back pack full of sand, 10 renegade rows, 10 KB clean and press with each hand, 10 KB military press with each hand.
